Questions we hear a lot.

How fast can I actually get started?

The scribe and charting side works from day one. You can sign up and see a patient today. Credentialing takes as long as credentialing takes (60 to 120 days depending on the payer), but we start the moment you do, and you keep seeing patients in parallel. Your JotSite website goes live in about 10 business days.

Do you really support e-prescribing?

Yes, including EPCS for controlled substances. We handle the identity proofing, the two-factor setup, and the state-by-state registration paperwork. If you prescribe Schedule II through IV, we get you there.

What if I already have patients on another EHR?

We’ll migrate the charts. Intakes, notes, med lists, problem lists, phone numbers. We handle the export, we handle the import. You don’t lose anything, and you don’t do the work.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. The Core subscription is month-to-month. JotBill has a 90-day runway while we stabilize your revenue cycle, and then it’s month-to-month too. If you’re not happy, you leave with all your data, all your notes, and a clean export.
