Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts required.
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the Basic plan for unlimited notes. Your existing notes and data are always preserved.
A year paid upfront is 10% off the monthly price. Two years paid upfront is 20% off. Cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period.

No. Managed billing is 6% of insurance collections with a $299 monthly minimum. Self-serve billing is $179 per clinician per month. Both are available on any plan.
Groups of 7 or more clinicians get 10% off any plan, a dedicated account manager, and one agreement in writing. Clinical staff who record and enter information but do not generate notes (nurses, medical assistants, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and Spravato technicians) take a Clinical Staff seat at $49 per month. A supervising or collaborating physician who only prescribes needs JotRx alone, $69 per month, with no plan seat. A group can start with a three-week pilot: $499 per organization, with a dedicated account manager, two custom templates, and your data moved in.
Discounts add together and apply to subscription prices: plans, add-ons, and self-serve billing. They never apply to the managed billing percentage or its minimum, JotCred, JotSite, or eligibility checks. Switching from another EHR: if your data starts moving within 30 days of your proposal, 20% off, held for the term you choose.
