Group Notes, To-Do Lists, 3x Speed and Capacity, and More

Group Notes Feature: We know that some of you want to share notes across providers and across non-clinical staff. Now you can.

  • Centralized Access: Admin users can now view notes from all providers in their group.

  • Real-Time Updates: As team members update notes, they become immediately accessible to all admins.

  • Enhanced Practice Organization: Admins can edit, archive, and delete provider notes, ensuring efficient and up-to-date patient record management.

'To-Do List': You might notice a new 'To-Do' section at the bottom of some notes. This feature is in beta and currently compiles action items for each provider per visit. Our goal is to extend this functionality to synthesize tasks across multiple notes. But for now, we hope this is helpful.

DSM-5 to DSM-5-TR Upgrade: Based on your feedback, we've updated our diagnostic codes from DSM-5 to DSM-5-TR, the latest classification released in 2022. This ensures you're working with the most current standards in mental health diagnostics.

Chrome Extension Improvements: Over the past week, we've released 4 updates to improve your experience on the Chrome Extension. They include:

  • Pause/Resume Button: Now, you can pause and resume recording to add additional information before and after a session.

  • Stability Enhancements: We've addressed issues with expiring accessTokens to provide a smoother experience.

  • UI Fixes: Template selections now persist across windows, saving you time and hassle.

Improved Server Fidelity: We've tripled our server's request-handling capacity, resulting in a smoother and more reliable user experience.
